Mesotherapy / Lipo-dissolve seems to have a fairly high degree of safety, especailly when used by experienced and well trained physicians.

Most of the complications are either related to the needle, such as bruising, or a transitory mild to moderate reaction to the products injected, resulting in some swelling, redness or itching.
